This policy covers the website of B & B Service and its sibling company Wholesale Appliance, 9718 Las Tunas Dr, Temple City, CA 91780. It is published under the California Online Privacy Protection Act.
What we collect through this site. Nothing directly. There are no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data (IP address, browser type, the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under its own privacy policy.
When you contact us. If you call or email, we receive whatever you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, business name and details of your equipment. We use it only to answer you, quote, sell or service equipment, and keep normal business records.
Sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We pass it on only where the job needs it (for example, to a manufacturer to process a warranty claim or to a freight carrier to deliver a unit), or where the law requires it.
Do Not Track. Because the site does not track visitors, it has nothing to switch off when a browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Children. This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
We want this site to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboards, magnification or reduced motion settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and animated sections switch off when your device asks for reduced motion.

Information only. This site describes our services and stock. It is not a quote, an offer or a contract. Prices, specifications and availability are confirmed by phone or in writing before any sale or job.
Used equipment. Each used unit is one of a kind and subject to prior sale. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and freight, which is quoted per unit. The 30-day warranty on used units applies on the terms given in writing at the time of sale.
Makes and trademarks. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their owners. Naming a make means we work on it; it does not mean that manufacturer endorses us, except where we state a factory authorization.
Photographs. Photographs are from our own jobs. Customer sites are not named.
Liability. We keep this site accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on its content alone. Call us before relying on it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
