What to have ready when you call

It saves everyone a trip. If you can, have these to hand and we can usually tell you on the phone whether it is a part, a repair, or a replacement.

  • → Make and model of the machine
  • → Serial number, usually on a plate at the back or inside the door
  • → Gas or electric, and roughly how old
  • → What it is doing, or not doing
